大规模在线教学实践暴露出同一平台和资源条件下课程间学习质量差异显著的问题，本文以近十余年英文期刊发表在线学习实证研究和综述研究为主要对象，对在线学习质量相关的变量梳理，研究将影响因素概括为学习者特征、教师与教学行为、课程与教学设计、技术平台与学习支持环境以及环境与制度层面五个维度，梳理了高频影响因素的清单，为后续开展在线学习效果的量化研究提供变量池。References
